J.H. Findorff has been appointed as general contractor, Hartshorne Plunkard Architecture as architect, Meyer Borgman Johnson as structural engineer and Westwood as traffic and environmental consultant.

On December 8, 2016, construction works commenced.

Construction works are underway and scheduled to be completed by the third quarter of 2018.
