The project includes the construction of 945 residential units, a 201-room hotel, 27,406m2 of commercial space, 20,903m2 of retail space, a 744-seat cinema theatre and 28,986m2 corporate/education campus and 3,670 parking spaces.

HansonLA architecture and design has been appointed as design architect and OLIN as landscape architect.

LENA Group has been appointed as associate developer for the project.

As of May 2017, construction works on the first phase was completed and nearly 98% was leased.

In May 2017, CMLA revealed new renderings for the project.

On November 9, 2017, the project received preliminary approval from the Los Angeles City Planning Commission.

10. Construction of 3,670 parking spaces

11. Construction of other related facilities
