The project involves the construction of residential complex comprising 1,937 condominium units. It involves construction of four buildings; 198m, 59-story tower and 19m, 57-story tower on the north parcel, 97m 26-story tower on the south parcel and an additional 7.6m, 2-story building.

It includes the construction of 3,597m2 of retail space, a 1,608m parkland, three level underground parking with 632 parking spaces, and installation of elevators, electrical systems, and safety and security systems.

Kirkor Architects has been appointed as architect and Public Work as a landscape architect for the project.

In February 2015, public consultations were conducted on the project plans. In May 2015, zoning application submitted to the council.

In January 2018, zoning application with the revised plans, submitted to the City Council.

The project involves the construction of residential complex comprising 1,937 condominium units in four towers in Toronto, Ontario, Canada.

The US$200 million project includes the following:
