The Garrett Companies (Garrett) is planning to undertake the construction of a mixed-use facility in Vienna, Virginia, the US.

The project involves the construction of a mixed-use facility comprising eight-story residential apartment buildings on 11,984m2 of land.

It will include the construction of 386 residential apartments, grocery store, restaurant space, retail space, a central plaza, parks, a new pedestrian connection between Boone Boulevard and Leesburg Pike, bicycle parking, a fitness center and juice bar, swimming pool, four-level parking garage with two levels below ground and two levels above, dog park and pet spa, area office building, two public parks and construction of a new street called Zach Garrett Drive and the installation of elevators and safety and security systems.

Davis Carter Scott (DCS) Design has been appointed as architect.

On March 24, 2015, Garrett applied to rezone the site.

In May 2016, Garrett submitted the final development plan to Fairfax County Planning Commission.

On July 25, 2017, Garrett received rezoning approval from Fairfax County Board of Supervisors.

Planning activities are underway.

The project involves construction of a mixed-use complex on 11,984m2 of land in Vienna, Virginia, the US.
