On November 1, 2017, LSP secured the planning approval from the City of Spokane.

Construction of the first phase is expected to commence in January 2018 and is scheduled to be complete by March 2020.

Construction of the second phase is expected to commence in January 2020 and is scheduled to be complete by March 2023.
