South Capitol Improvements LLC (SCI), a joint venture of City Interests, LLC (City Interests) and Michaels Development Company (MDC) is undertaking the construction of a residential building in Washington, DC, the US.

The project involves the construction of a five-story residential building comprising 195 units in 20,903m2 area. It includes the construction of 110 one-bedroom units, 53 two-bedroom units, nine three-bedroom units a 4,645m2 primary care center, a 3,437m2 office space, a 3,344m2 retail space, 172 parking and related facilities.

On November 24, 2015, a meeting was held with the District of Columbia Housing Finance Agency
Board of Directors.

In November 2016, SCI submitted a planning application to the City of Washington, D.C.

Interstate Realty Management Co. has been appointed as Property Manager, Prestige Building Company as General contractor and Hickok Cole Architects as Architect.

On May 19, 2017, the groundbreaking ceremony held.

In October 2017, construction works commenced and is underway.

The project involves the construction of a five-story residential building comprising 195 units in 20,903m2 area in Washington, DC, the US.

The US$50 million project includes the following:

1. Construction of 110 one-bedroom units

2. Construction of 53 two-bedroom units

3. Construction of nine three-bedroom units

4. Construction of a 4,645m2 primary care center

5. Construction of a 3,437m2 office space

6. Construction of a 3,344m2 retail space

7. Construction of 172 parking and related facilities
