The Pointe at Valley Ranch Town Center will be developed in phases.

The first phase of the Pointe at Valley Ranch Town Center will include the construction of 330-units.

The first phase of Valley Ranch Town Center includes the construction of major tenants such as Kroger, Academy Sports + Outdoors, and Sams Club. Casual dining and fast food options include Chilis, Urban Bricks Pizza Co., Panda Express, and Schlotzskys.

The second phase of Valley Ranch Town Center includes the construction of approximately 29,728m2 space. It also will have the first entertainment district component, a Cinemark theater.

HOK has been appointed as architect and Hoar Construction, LLC as the construction contractor.

BGE - Brown & Gay Engineers as Consulting Engineer, Meeks + Partners as architect for the residential development.

Signorelli signed Sams Club as an anchor tenant.

On April 15, 2015, construction work was commenced with a groundbreaking ceremony.

On October 29, 2015, a ground breaking ceremony was held on Town Centers first major Kroger store.

In April 2016, Signorelli signed Academy Sports & Outdoors as the third anchor tenant in the project.

Academy Sports + Outdoors had the grand opening on September 30, 2016, with a soft opening on September 23, 2016.

The first phase of Valley Ranch Town Center was opened in 2016.

On January 26, 2017, Sams club was opened.

On April 3, 2017, Hobby Lobby was opened.
