In September 2016, Max Bgl Wind AG signed a contract with GE Renewable Energy to provide four GE 3.4-137 wind turbines.

In October 2016, Naturspeicher signed a pump turbines supply contract with Voith GmbH.

In July 2017, ABB Automation Products GmbH was appointed as supply contractor.

ABB Automation Products GmbH will supply three medium voltage wind turbine converters PCS6000 and three high-voltage asynchronous motors AMI800, the transformers as well as the switchgear.

The wind power plant is expected to be commissioned by the second quarter of 2018, and the full Gaildorf power plant is expected to be operational by the end of 2018.
