The project involves the construction of a 77,880m2 residential complex comprising five buildings with 18 to 24 stories on 1.42ha of land. It includes 923 residential units comprising 202 one-bedroom units, 675 two-bedroom units, and 46 three-bedroom units, retail units, 8,000 square meters 185 guest parking spaces and 923 bike storage and related facilities.

Among five buildings, Phoenix and Hydra are two buildings which include the construction of 201 apartments over 22 levels and 227 apartments over 24 levels respectively.

On September 10, 2015, Toplace acquired the project site from Hills Shire Council for US$100 million.

Krikis Tayler Architects has been appointed as architect for the project.

On April 20, 2017, Toplace received planning approvals from the council.

Design activities are underway. Construction works on Phoenix and Hydra are scheduled to commence in 2018 with expected completion in 2022.
