Bjarke Ingels Group along with Fender Katsalidis Architects; Coop Himmelb(l)au with Architectus; MAD Architects with Elenberg Fraser; MVRDV with Woods Bagot; Office for Metropolitan Architecture (OMA) with Conrad Gargett; UNStudio with Cox Architecture have been shortlisted for the design team.

Design competition is currently ongoing and the designs will be presented to the jury on May 17, 2018, and the winner is expected to be announced in July 2018.
The project involves the development of a mixed-use facility on a 220,000m2 area at 118 City Road, Melbourne, Victoria, Australia.
The US$1,514 million project includes the following:
