Earlier, Quadrangle Architects has been appointed as architect, later in February 2017, CDC unveiled new project plans and Quadrangle Architects moved out of the project.

Kohn Pedersen Fox, architectsAlliance, and DTAH are appointed as architects and Janet Rosenberg + Studio as the landscape architect.

Pre-hearing is scheduled in August 2018.
