Cincinnati Metropolitan Housing Authority (CMHA) is planning to redevelop a retail complex in Cincinnati, Ohio, the US.

The project involves the redevelopment of a retail complex. It includes the construction of 3,716m2 of retail space, 6,503m2 of Class A office space, 235 parking spaces in garage and related facilities.

In September 2015, a Request for Qualification (RFQ) was given for the redevelopment of 16 West Central Parkway.

In January 2016, CMHA Board of Commissioners voted to enter into a developers agreement with Kingsley + Co and Anchor Properties, who submitted the only qualification in response to the RFQ, to develop the proposed project. Other members of the development team include McBride Dale Clarion for planning and zoning, THP Ltd. for parking designs, SFA Architects for architectural designs and Focus Workforce Solutions LLC for minority, women and disadvantaged business enterprise community outreach.

In May 2017, the joint venture between Kingsley + Co. and Anchor Properties purchased two Over-the-Rhine properties with plans for a mixed-use development.

Planning activities are underway.
