DL in-house division is undertaking the construction work on the project. Congressional Iron Works Inc has been appointed as facade consultant; Macris, Hendricks & Glascock P.A as civil engineer; Shulman, Rogers, Gandal, Pordy & Ecker P.A as legal adviser; and Torti Gallas + Partners as architect.
In November 2012, construction work commenced on the first phase of the project and was completed in May 2015.
In October 2014, The Rockville Planning Commission rejected DLs request to build 400 residential units.
In June 2017, DL submitted a site plan amendment and requested to add 178 additional housing units to the building.
