SHA received the planning approval from the respective authority.

Barratt Homes has been appointed as the associated developer, PRP Associates and IDP Group as architects.

On November 11, 2015, a detailed planning application has been submitted to Basingstoke and Deane Borough Council.

M3 Local Enterprise Partnership has provided US$2.3 million loan to SHA for the project development.

On January 28, 2016, demolition works began.

In May 2016, the project received the planning permission from the Council.

In June 2016, construction activties commenced.

As of December 2017, the first 12 units completed and construction works on 91 units are underway.
