Highlights
The main trends seen during the month include a year-on-year increase of 6% in total contract value. Deals valued under $25m accounted for 60% of the total deal volume.
The value and volume of network management deals increased 59% and 25%, respectively, when compared with the same period last year. Telecoms sector's share of the total deal value in February was 38%.
Volume of IT service contracts signed in North America witnessed a 35% Y-o-Y decline. Enterprises tended to prefer shorter deals with durations of less than three years.
