Plant II, Shentou I Power Plant, Dabieshan Power Plant and an associated
company, Changshu Power Plant. The company also manages two other power plants
on behalf of CPI Holding, which are Qinghe Power Plant and Wuhu Power Plant. It
also holds shares in Wu Ling Power Corporation and Shanghai Power. The Company
also owns 63% equity interests in Wu Ling Power, one of the leading hydro-power
development companies in the PRC. The company is headquartered at Wanchal, Hong
Kong.
