Q: Are reports I find available for sale in sections? |

A: This is taken on a
case-by-case basis as some publisher's reports are more
geared to this than others. In general, the value of most
sections in a report is greatly enhanced when seen in the
context of the entire report. Fortunately the selection
available at Aarkstore allows a much greater possibility of
finding a report that exactly meets your specific needs.

Q: How much do I need to pay for access? |

A: Access to Aarkstore is
completely free. You can browse through our product library
through our Site Map, or find the newest additions at our
Home page. Call and talk to one of our sales staff in our
office. Addition to our email alert is also free, and keeps
you updated on the latest publications in your areas of
interest.

Q: Do we provide special discounts? |

A: Periodically, we will alert
our customers with special offers via our e-mail alert
service, though the timing of these offers depend greatly
upon the campaign schedules of publishers. Sales
representatives are also available for consultation for
special corporate accounts tailored to your individual
needs.

Q: How much extra am I paying? |
|
|
A: Absolutely nothing. Aarkstore
maintains a strict policy of selling publications at the
same price offered by the publishers themselves.

Q: What payment options are available for purchases? |
|

A: We accepts payment via check,
bank transfer, or credit card. Proforma-invoices are
available upon request. For cheque payments and bank
transfers, please contact our offices for bank information.

Q: Is your payment gateway secure? |

Yes it is. Incorporated in the year 2001, Avenues is a
zero-debt company which has been profitable from its

Q: Is pre-payment necessary for orders? |
|

A: Our established customers
receive special priority treatment. In general, first time
customers without established Aarkstore accounts will be
expected to either pre-pay for their first order or provide
a credit card for guarantee until payment can be made by
other means. After the first order, and an active Aarkstore
account has been established, our customers can expect
immediate delivery.

Q: What is our refund/return policy? |
|
|
A: Due to the nature of
information products and the ease with which their value can
be transferred, many of our publishers will not accept
returns under any circumstances. We will do their utmost to
accommodate return requests and each must be handled on a
case-by-case basis.

Q: What formats and delivery methods are available? |
|
|
A: The available formats depend
upon the formats that are offered by the publisher.
Currently, we offer publications in PDF, HTML, Plaintext, as
well as hardcopy.

Q: Do we perform custom research for its customers? |
|
|
A: Aarkstore does not retain
in-house analysts for this purpose. However, with our
extensive knowledge of various research providers' areas of
expertise, Aarkstore is uniquely suited to provide an
unbiased and informed recommendation of the right firm or
individual analyst for most custom work.

Q: How long will it take to receive my order? |
|
|
A: Delivery
times vary depending upon availability and the location of
the supplier in relation to the end-user. Many of our
products are available for web access or delivery via
e-mail. In these cases customers can expect delivery within
minimum 24 hours from the time of the order. In slower
cases, hardcopy delivery is made via international courier,
which generally should not take longer than 1 week.
