Bieling-Architekten AG has been appointed as architect.

RUNKEL Unternehmensgruppe has been appointed as the demolition contractor.

Hochtief Engineering GmbH and Max Bgl Bauservice GmbH und Co. KG has been appointed as EPC contractors.

In January 2017, the excavation works commenced.

On January 26, 2018, the foundation stone was laid down and construction commenced.

Construction activities are underway.

The project involves the redevelopment of the Hertie commercial complex building "Fuhle 101" with a 28,000m2 gross floor area in Barmbek, Hamburg, Germany.

The US$75 million project includes the following:
