February 2016, Capital Charm Holdings Limited (CCHL), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Regal Hotels International Holdings Limited (RHIHL), which is a listed subsidiary of Paliburg Holdings Limited (PHL), which in turn is a listed subsidiary of Century City International Holdings Limited (CCIHL) was appointed as the management contractor.
Construction activities are underway and scheduled to be completed in 2020.
