The Boston Redevelopment Authority (BRA) and Massachusetts Department of Transportation (MassDOT) are jointly planning to undertake the mixed-use development in Boston, Massachusetts, the US.

The project involves the construction on a 12,751m2 of mixed-use development. It includes the construction of a 3,948m2 five-story residential building with 50 residential units, an 8,059m2 135-room hotel.

It also includes the construction of ground floor commercial mix comprising health club, restaurants, and music clubs, a 743m2 retail space and underground parking space for 65 vehicles.

L H Daniels Associates has been appointed as the Consultant, Urbanica Design + Development (UDD) and Melnea Partners LLC have been appointed as the developers for the project. Urbanica is also associated as a design manager and construction manager for the project.

Turnkey Development Inc. has been appointed as the construction contractor, NADAAA has been appointed as the Architect for the project.

Landworks Studio has been appointed as the landscape architect and D/R/E/A/M Collaborative has been appointed as the Design Consultant for the project.

In October 2015, BRA and MassDOT secured planning approvals for the project.

Construction activities are expected to be commenced by the third quarter of 2017 and anticipated for completion in the third quarter of 2018.
