The project involves the construction of a 28,335m2 retail complex comprising 14 retail buildings. It includes the construction of a 15,329m2 Lowes store, a 4,831m2 mid-size retail box, 7,154m2 of restaurants and shops, a warehouse, an administrative space, 1,246 surface parking spaces and related facilities.

DLR Group has been appointed as a developer, Davidson Architecture & Engineering as the architect and Polsinelli PC as the legal advisor. Crossland Construction has been selected as general contractor.

On May 25, 2016, Lane4 and Kroenke submitted new project plans to the Overland Park City Council.

The new plan will be on the Overland Park planning docket in July 2016 and be presented to the Overland Park City Council in August 2016.

In July 2016, the project secured preliminary planning approvals from Overland Park City Council.

On August 2, 2016, the Overland Park City Council gave the planning approval and a more detailed final plan to be presented in October 2016.

On November 14, 2016, The Overland Park Planning Commission gave the approval and the final development plan to be submitted to the Overland Park City Council on December 5, 2016.

On December 6, 2016, The Overland Park City Council gave the final approval.

In the second quarter of 2017, demolition works commenced and expected to complete in end of June 2017.

Construction works are scheduled to start by October 2017 and to be completed in 2018.

The Park 95 Metcalf South project involves the construction of a 28,335m2 retail complex comprising 14 retail buildings on a 12ha area in Overland Park, Kansas, the US.

The US$80 million project includes the following:
