SKS Investments (SKS) and Pacific Eagle Holdings (PEH), a subsidiary of Great Eagle Holdings, the joint venture is planning to undertake the construction of a hotel and residential tower in California, the US.

The project involves the construction of a 40,621m2, 36-story 115m-high tower. It includes the construction of 69 residential units, 255 hotel rooms, a publicly accessible bar, a meeting room, ballroom facilities, a spa, a ground floor restaurant, plaza and park underneath the ramp structure, 585m2 of retail space, a fitness center, a pool, leisure facilities, 70 parking spaces for car, 95 bicycles, 25 more spaces for bikes, and related facilities, and the installation of safety systems and elevators.

Renzo Piano Building Workshop and Mark Cavagnero Associates Architects have been appointed as the architects and Swinerton Builders International, Inc as a general contractor.

In April 2015, SKS and FEH acquired the project site from Descalso family.

On June 19, 2015, SKS and PEH submitted preliminary project assessment (PPA) to the city council.

On September 17, 2015, city council has issued a PPA letter to SKS and PEH as a feedback to make necessary changed for the PPA.

In March 2017, SKS and PEH received planning approvals for the project and SKS and PEH expected to break ground in Q4 2017.

Pre-construction activities are underway on the project.

The project involves the construction of a 40,621m2, 36-story 115m tower in San Francisco, California, the US.

The US$180 million project includes the following:
