Half Street Residential PJV LLC (HSR), a joint venture formed between MacFarlane Partners and Jair Lynch Development Partners, is undertaking the construction of a mixed-use complex in Washington, the US.

The project involves the construction of a 42,735m2 mixed-use complex comprising 10-story tower comprising 430 units.It includes the construction of 5,574m2 retail space, 231 parking facilities and the installation of elevators, safety and security systems.This is project is developed in two phases.

In first phase it includes the construction of 310 apartments and 5109m2 of retail space.

Hord Coplan Macht Inc. has been appointed as an architect.

In September 2014, HSR acquired the proposed site for US$12.5 million from MR.

In March 2015, HSR submitted zoning application to DC Zoning Commission (DCZC).

DCZC held consultations with HSR to discuss project plans on May 28, 2015.

On June 29, 2015, DCZC approved the rezoning application filed by HSR.

In May 2017, Lendlease was appointed as the main contractor.

Construction works are underway.
