On January 6, 2015, PGHN was selected as preferred bidder to acquire the project site.

PGHN acquired the project site for US$54 million in April 2015.

Knight Frank LLP and Jones Lang LaSalle have been appointed as office leasing agents.

John F Hunt Demolition Group appointed as a demolition contractor.

Skanska UK Plc has been appointed as main contractor, Pell Frischmann as structural and civil engineers, Turkington Martin as landscape architect, Gardiner & Theobald LLP as quantity surveyor, Gerald Eve as planning consultant and Mola as archaeological consultant.

In second quarter of 2016, demolition works completed.

In July 2016, enabling works are underway.

In December 2016, the project is kept on hold due to tenants were not finalized.

Construction work is expected to commence in fourth quarter of 2017 and completed by 2019.
