Infigen-Suntech Pty Ltd (ISPL) is undertaking the construction of a solar power plant in New South Wales, Australia.

The project involves the construction of a 42.6MW solar farm on a 120ha area. It includes the construction of a substation, access roads and an equipment room for the transformation of energy, the installation of 466,000 single axis tracking advanced thin-film modules (solar panel), transformers and generators, and the laying of transmission lines.

In March 2011, the project received approval from the New South Wales Department of Planning. Integrated Power Synergy (Pte) Ltd has been appointed as an engineering consultant.

On May 4, 2015, First Solar has been appointed as an associate developer to fund the project. First Solar is responsible for asset management, operations, and maintenance services to the project.

ISPL has applied for funding from the Australian governments Solar Flagships program.

On November 18, 2015, ISPL was granted a three-year planning extension.

In January 2016, the project has been shortlisted by Australian Renewable Energy Agency (ARENA) for long-term funding support from the State Government.

On September 8, 2016, ARENA announced to provide US7.4 million funds to support the project.

In December 2016, a 13-year power purchase agreement signed between EnergyAustralia and First Solar.

On March 27, 2017, the project obtained financial closure which was conducted by four legal advisors on behalf of four parties, they are as follow:

1. The Herbert Smith Freehills on behalf of First Solar;

2. Allens on behalf of Lenders Bank of Tokyo-Mitsubishi and Societe Generale;

3. Gilbert + Tobin on behalf of Infigen; and

4. Norton Rose Fulbright on behalf of Australian Renewable Energy Agency (ARENA) with (US$7.4 million).

On March 27, 2017, RCR Tomlinson Ltd in collaboration with Manildra Prop Pty Ltd received a US$64 million engineering, procurement & construction (EPC) contract for the project.

Construction is scheduled to commence in 2017 and expected to be completed in the second quarter of 2018.

The project involves the construction of a 48.5MW solar farm on 120ha of land in Manildra, Cabonne Shire, New South Wales, Australia.

The US$84 million project includes the following:
